This fee is typically a percentage of the passing rent or of rent collected and varies between 8% and 15%, depending on the property type, location, condition and whether occupied or not.
We do not charge tenants for our services. Charges incurred in repairs, maintenance and compliance and charged to our clients at cost unless the work has been caused directly by the tenant and it is found to be their responsibility to pay. In which case, the charge will be made to the tenant, once again at cost only.
