Landwood Property Auctions hold their 10th sale of the year.
Last month saw Landwood achieve a 92% success rate with strong bidding helping to raise £4.3M so far this year.
The month’s hot residential lot saw 13 registered bidders battle it out, with the winning bid being £27,500 above guide.
The online sale even attracted a bidder from Australia proving that auctions can fetch a much wider audience then traditional ‘ballroom’ sales. With a straight forward, user friendly platform, Landwood provide the ability to bid from anywhere.
September’s commercial highlight received 25 bids and sold for £25,000 above the starting price.
Kate Lay, Director at Landwood said “The number of registered bidders we receive at each of our online auctions reflects the strong appetite by investors for this method of sale. Speaking to both our Sellers and Buyers they have all been thrilled with how easy and smooth the whole process is. For bidders it is great that they can bid from home, workplace or even on holiday and clients can also watch the auction in real time, knowing exactly what is happening with their property.
These are exciting times for Auctions and here at Landwood we are proud to be part of the few firms leading the way online.”
Landwood are now building their October sale with 3 further sales planned for the rest of the year.
