In the event that the Property assets need to be liquidated and cash raised as a result, we will dispose of the Property on behalf of our clients.

Fixed Charge Receivership
Our Directors take Fixed Charge Receivership appointments to ensure that lender security is protected and realisations are maximised. This can involve arranging insurance cover, security, services and where tenanted taking on the duties of the landlord to ensure that the income generated is protected.
We will set out the disposal strategy for the Property and conduct the disposal to ensure that the returns are maximised.
